Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns and size exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed in their original condition. Sale and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

To request a return or size exchange, please contact us at iqramodestfashion@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason. Returns and exchanges are subject to approval.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. We will notify you via email once your refund has been issued.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at iqramodestfashion@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will resolve it promptly.
